Entry Qualifications
Prospective students must meet the following criteria:
- Academic Requirements: Attain five credits in SSCE/WASC/NECO in no more than two sittings. The subjects must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry.
Age Requirement
- Applicants must be between 17-25 years of age to be considered for admission.

- Application forms are accessible directly from the College of Nursing in Asaba and Sapele, Delta State. Candidates are required to submit 2 passport photographs (coloured with a white background) and must be routed through the Provost of the School of the applicant’s choice.
Entrance Examination Fee
- A non-refundable fee of N15,000.00 (Fifteen Thousand Naira) is required for the entrance examination. Payments should be directed to the candidate’s school of choice.
