FUHSA Physical Screening Exercise 2024/2025 Academic Session

The FUHSA Physical Screening Exercise Schedule has officially been released by the management of the Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare, Bauchi State.

The management of the Federal University of Health Sciences Azare (FUHSA) uses this medium to call all the candidates seeking to be admitted into FUHSA for undergraduate programmes to come for physical screening exercise for the 2023/2024 academic session. The screening has been scheduled to take place from August 30, 2023 to September 1st, 2023.

This is to inform all the students who recently applied for the Post post UTME form in the FUHSA portal in order to be offered admission to study their first-degree courses to come for physical screening exercise which has been scheduled as follows:

Note: the venue for the physically screening is the University ICT Centre, Azare.

Documents Required For The FUHSA Physical Screening Exercise 2023

It is a must for all candidates who applied for FUHSA to bring the following documents both original and their photocopies:

• Acknowledgment Form (the one you printed from FUHSA Post UTME Portal)
• JAMB UTME Result Slip
• `O’ Level Result (WAEC/NECO)
• `A’ Level Result/First Degree Certificate (for Direct Entry candidates only)
• Scratch Cards for `O’ Level Result(s) submitted
• Evidence of Local Government Area of Origin
• Birth Certificate or Sworn Affidavit of Age Declaration
