• Academic Requirements: FIVE O’ Level Credit Passes in relevant subjects.

Higher National Diploma (HND) Programmes

• Additional Requirement: Besides O’Level credits, an ND certificate from an accredited institution is mandatory.

Application Process for Heritage Polytechnic Admission

Step-by-Step Guide to Apply

1. e-Payment

• Procedure:
  • Visit the application portal: Heritage Polytechnic Admission Form.
  • Select “UTME Screening Form”.
  • Choose “Screening Form type” (UTME Screening Form).
  • Add your email address, JAMBregistration number, and phone number.
  • Choose your payment option and proceed.
• Form Fee: N2,000

2. Registration

• Process:
  • Enter your Transaction Reference ID.
  • Click on “get login details”.
• Note: You will receive your Registration Number and Password.

3. Retrieve Transaction Ref ID

• Method:
  • Use your Form Registration Number.
  • Click on “Retrieve Transaction Ref ID”.
• Note: Your Transaction Reference ID will be displayed.

4. Print Payment Receipt/Invoice

• Steps:
  • Enter your TransReferenceID or Confirmation Number.
  • Click on “Check payment status”.
• Note: Your Confirmation Number is available on the Payment Receipt from the Bank. Your Transaction Reference is on the Payment Invoice from the Portal.
