Application Process for Heritage Polytechnic Admission
Step-by-Step Guide to Apply
1. e-Payment
- Procedure:
- Visit the application portal: Heritage Polytechnic Admission Form.
- Select “UTME Screening Form”.
- Choose “Screening Form type” (UTME Screening Form).
- Add your email address, JAMBregistration number, and phone number.
- Choose your payment option and proceed.
- Form Fee: N2,000
2. Registration
- Process:
- Enter your Transaction Reference ID.
- Click on “get login details”.
- Note: You will receive your Registration Number and Password.
3. Retrieve Transaction Ref ID
- Method:
- Use your Form Registration Number.
- Click on “Retrieve Transaction Ref ID”.
- Note: Your Transaction Reference ID will be displayed.
4. Print Payment Receipt/Invoice
- Steps:
- Enter your TransReferenceID or Confirmation Number.
- Click on “Check payment status”.
- Note: Your Confirmation Number is available on the Payment Receipt from the Bank. Your Transaction Reference is on the Payment Invoice from the Portal.
