Who Can Apply?
To be eligible for the Access Bank Entry-Level Training Programme, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: A minimum of a B.Sc. degree in any discipline.
- Age Limit: Candidates must not be older than 26 years at the time of application. For those with an MSc or LLB, the age limit is 28 years.
- Academic Merit: A minimum of second class upper (2:1) from a reputable university.
- NYSC Completion: Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
Divisional Opportunities
Candidates will have the opportunity to work in various divisions of Access Bank, including:
- ERG (Enterprise Resource Group)
- CIBD (Corporate and Investment Banking Division)
- CBD (Commercial Banking Division)
Specialised Tracks: ELTP RETAIL and ELTP TECH
- ELTP RETAIL: Open to candidates from any discipline.
- ELTP TECH: Specifically designed for candidates with a B.Sc. degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and Economics courses.
