Eligibility Criteria

Before embarking on your application journey, it is crucial to ensure you meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • O-Level Requirements: Applicants must have completed their O-Level education, obtaining a maximum of five (5) Credits in not more than two sittings. The required subjects include English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. It’s noteworthy that both WAEC and NECO results can be combined for this purpose.
  • NABTEB Results: Candidates with NABTEB results are also welcome to apply. However, it’s important to note that NABTEB results cannot be combined with either WAEC or NECO.

The application process for the Basic Midwifery programme is straightforward, with an application fee of N10,000 ONLY. This fee is a pivotal part of your application and must be paid to proceed.

Selection Process

Written Examination

A crucial part of the selection process, the written examination, is scheduled to take place on 27th February 2024 at the college premises in Jengre. This examination will test the foundational knowledge required for the programme.

Oral Interview

Following the written examination, shortlisted candidates will be invited for an oral interview from 28th to 29th February 2024. This stage is an opportunity for candidates to showcase their passion and readiness for the midwifery profession.
