- Location: Academic gowns are to be collected from the Central Stores.

Following the matriculation ceremony, all matriculants are required to:
- Sign the Matriculation Register:This is to be done at the Office of their Deans of Schools, confirming their formal acceptance into the polytechnic’s academic programmes.
