Eligibility Criteria
The SSHN scholarship is open to a diverse group of applicants, with specific eligibility requirements set to ensure that the scholarship benefits those most in need of this opportunity:
- Applicants must hold a tenure position in either a public or private higher education institution or a scientific research laboratory accredited by the National Universities Commission.
- Both PhD students and PhD holders are eligible to apply, with the distinction that those who obtained their doctorate more than 5 years ago are classified as “confirmed researchers,” while recent graduates within the last 5 years are considered “young researchers.”
- The scholarship is available for mobilities lasting from 2 to 4 weeks, scheduled between September 15 and December 15, 2024, contingent upon the French host institution’s ability to accommodate the grantee.
