The application journey begins at the Administrative Office, located within the MRC Building of LASUTH. Here, you will obtain and submit your application form, alongside:

  • Photocopies of your credentials
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • Two recent passport photographs on a white background
  • WAEC/SSCE/NECO certificate or printout of result slip

Applications should be directed to the Chief Medical Director at LASUTH, situated at 1-5, Oba Akinjobi Road, Ikeja, Lagos State.

Selection Procedure

A Computer Based Test (CBT) will be conducted for all applicants as part of the screening process. Those who excel in the CBT will then be invited for an oral interview, during which original copies of relevant certificates must be presented.
