- JAMB admission letter
- Notification of Admission or Provisional Admission Offer.
- Academic Results: WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB results.
- Declaration of Age.
- Means of Identification:Preferably a National ID Number (NIN) Slip.
- Four recent passport photographs.
