Post-UTME screening:
In the 2026 JAMB UTME, you must have selected Ogun State Polytechnic of Health and Allied Sciences as your top option, received a score of 100 or more, completed a transfer to any JAMB-accredited CBT center, and made OSPOHAS your top choice.
By September 30, 2026, applicants must be at least 16 years old.
O-Level Conditions
Five (5) O-Level credit passes in the following subjects are required of all candidates:
Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, and English
WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB shall provide the results in no more than two sittings.
Requirements for HND Admission
Candidates for admission to HND programs need to possess:
a National Diploma (ND) in a comparable course with a minimum of Lower Credit.
An accredited polytechnic or college of health technology issued the ND certificate.
JAMB letter of admission for the ND program.
As mentioned before, five (5) pertinent O-Level credits.
Proof of a required one-year internship or SIWES, unless the program is direct to HND.
