Required Documents for Verification
All admitted candidates must present the following original and photocopy documents:
- JAMB Admission Letter
- BUK Admission Letter
- JAMB Acknowledgment Slip(for Direct Entry Candidates)
- BUK Acknowledgment Slip (for Direct Entry Candidates)
- JAMB Result Slip (for UTMECandidates)
- A Level Statement of Result (for Direct Entry Candidates Only)
- O Level Statement of Result and Online print (SSCE)
- Result Checker Card for O level result (applicable to various exam bodies). Particularly, NECOJune/July 2019 candidates should bring a result checking token.
- Primary School Leaving Certificate/Testimonial(Optional)
- Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
- Completed Undertaking Form
- Evidence of Payment of Acceptance Fees
- Certificate of Medical Fitness
- Two (2) Recent Passport Photographs
