Plateau State Polytechnic Cut off Mark 2024/2025 Academic Session

In accordance with the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB), The management of Plateau State Polytechnic, Barkin-Ladi, wishes to inform the general public that the authorities have officially released the JAMB cut-off mark for all courses offered at the Polytechnic.

The essence of this article is to educate students most especially prospective candidates on the Plateau State Polytechnic cut-off mark and other necessary requirements they might need to aid them gain admission without much stress.

Before decisions are made by any school authorities, they must conform to already set rules and guidelines of the JAMB administrative body.

As such, the Plateau State Polytechnic, Barkin-Ladi, has set their JAMB’s approved cut-off mark for the academic session in line with the JAMB predetermined admission cut-off point for each academic session.

Note; No institution is allowed to fall below this line of jurisdiction for any reason.

Candidates are expected to bear in mind that choosing Plateau State Polytechnic PLAPOLY as their first choice of polytechnic in their UTME registration is the first step to getting admission, as the institution will prioritize applicants who selected PLAPOLY as their preferred choice of polytechnic before considering alternative options, if necessary.

With a high JAMB score, a student is considered eligible for admission at Plateau State Polytechnic even though everyone who receives a score of 120 or higher is given an equal opportunity to participate in the post-UTME.

Requirements for Post UTME Internal Screening at PLAPOLY

1. Candidates must achieve the minimum cut-off mark set by JAMB (Joint Admission and Matriculation Board) for the current academic session in order to be qualified for admission to Plateau State Polytechnic.

2. Candidates applying for admission to Plateau State Polytechnic Plapoly must have a minimum of 5 credits in Mathematics, English, and other relevant topics as they pertain to their program of study in no more than two (2) sittings in order to be qualified to take their post-UTME screening aptitude test.

3. Please note that the management of PLAPOLY accepts awaiting results as long as they are made available upon request during the screening process. The management of Plateau State Polytechnic will also seek your original documents, including your “O” level certificate.

4. Original copy of your birth certificate or birth declaration

5. Candidates are also to carry along with them recent passport photographs (Coloured)
