The management of University of Ibadan has announced to the general public especially newly admitted students that the Matriculation Ceremony for freshers who recently got admitted into University of Ibadan for the 2024/2025 academic session has been rescheduled to hold on 23 April 2024.
Every student participating in the Matriculation exercise students is mandated to be present at the venue for procession according to their respective Faculties by 8:am at the venue.
Please note that this matriculation ceremony is compulsory for all newly admitted students that gained admission into University of Ibadan either via UTME or Direct Entry method as attendance will be taken because you will be required to sign the Matriculation Register immediately after the event is over.

Dress Formally: Matriculation is a formal occasion, so dress appropriately in formal attire to reflect the importance of the event.
Arrive Early: To avoid any last-minute rush and secure a good seating position, aim to arrive at the venue well before the scheduled time.
Capture the Moment: Bring a camera or use your smartphone to capture moments from the ceremony. These photos will serve as cherished memories of your induction into the university.
